Is there any way to change the Joker to always be the highest card rather than a misere wrecker?
Hi mumsie
To be honest, I always assumed “Joker is the lowest card in Misere” was how it was treated in all variants… but your question prompted some research, and I see there are some variants where it counts as the highest card.
So, it’s not currently an option – HOWEVER, I will make sure I add this as an option in the next release of the game!
I will try and add a generic “variants” option with options to enable/disable/change various options about the way Five Hundred is played, to be compatible with different countries…
